Gaby opened these doors in Palms in 1998, cooking the food he grew up on. The recipes come from his mother — Oum George — and nothing about them has been modernized or handed off. What leaves the kitchen today is what left it twenty-seven years ago.
Everything is made to order. The mezze, the grill, the rotisserie — it's home cooking done at restaurant scale, on a patio in the middle of LA.
